We hope you love your order! But in the event you don't, we want to make it right. Please see our refund policies below.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused/unworn products. This means tags must still be attached and packaging must be original.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Please include your invoice number and your name in the email and which products you will be returning or exchanging.

Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. All purchases being returned must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. All items received after that will receive store credit only.
Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in used/worn condition and or washed condition will not receive store credit and the used/worn/washed product(s) will be shipped back to you.
Refunds will be processed automatically using the same payment method used on the original purchases. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges must be stated in the email request. We cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities). If this happens, you will receive in store credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We will make every effort to get you the product you want.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@unfurledonline.com. After our team reviews your request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! Our team checks for any damages or defective items before shipping them out, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes.
Please contact us immediately at hello@unfurledonline.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective item, or describe the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
All reports must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. Items must be unworn/unused to return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions once your request is processed.
